Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

I ordered the white-washed stool. It was well packaged and extremely easy to assemble. The non-slip step strips and automatic night light were nice added features. It's made from sustainable Bamboo with sturdy construction. Great care and thought was taken into the design and ease of assemble of the stool.
I recently got this step stool for my little champ, and I've noticed it's really helping him do things by himself and become more independent. No more shouting for me to fetch things… he's now reaching the sink to wash up and grabbing his favorite books from the top shelf all on his own. My wife, who's 5' 2", has also found the stool handy for reaching the top shelves in the closet.The assembly was a breeze, none of that headache-inducing stuff you get with some furniture.The stool's stability and sturdiness are impressive. It's made of tough bamboo, and I tested it myself and found it to be really solid - it held up perfectly. No tipping or wobbling, even with a bit of extra weight. It feels solid, just what you need for everyday use by kids.It's got these transparent anti-slip stickers that you can pop on without ruining its sleek look. They really grip and keep things steady. Plus, the rounded edges and silicone feet keep it stable and safe. It's nice knowing he can climb up and do his thing without any slips or spills.The LED light on this stool is a cool addition. It's been super handy for my kiddo's nighttime trips to our bed. We've placed it by the bedside, and the light kicks in when he's ready to climb. It's made our nightly routine smoother, and no more toe bumps in the dark! The instructions mentioned a switch for the light, but it's a press button. No big deal, though. There's a QR code in the instructions that takes you to the updated info.Overall, this is a great step stool for parents looking for a practical yet adorable solution for their little ones. Overall recommended 5 out of 5 for value. Step stool is safe and sturdy and visually appealing with the stained bamboo wood. Steps are good height for kids and adults. The non-slip step and auto light are nice features. Since it is real wood, the step stool is heavier than plastic and maybe harder for kids to move but the silicon bumpers on the bottom protect the hardwood floor.The installation was quick and straightforward, taking less than 15 minutes to get everything together including stickers, bumpers and light. The packaging was clean and compact but the hardware kit with screws had the stickers that cover the bolt holes on a piece of paper. Some were stuck to the plastic bag so once removed, didn’t stick on the wood so I have 3 bolt holes without stickers, I suppose I can use some glue to secure them in place. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and I would purchase again.
I'm using it because my girlfriend is a little short to reach the microwave, so problem solved, this Step Stool it's doing a great job, is really sturdy I'm not saying that she is too heavy, the Step Stool is strong and handy, i like that i come with the motion sensor, really useful, i also like that is too easy to put together, the quality of materials seems good and for the price i think it's a really good deal, i recommend it.
Got the product and you can tell it’s made with quality material! For once, it’s wood and not cheap subpar material. It’s for my 4.5 year olds room but I got it for the simple fact that it could be used by all of us since the weight limit holds up to 300lbs.Love the grip strips they provided for it and at first glance it looks white but when you place it onto the footstool, it’s actually clear. We went with the lighter color option.So far, after putting it together it shows it has some good stability but only time will really tell with it.It did come with the LED light since we went with the larger one instead of compact, it wasn’t a need but it’s a nice touch.
